DR. YOGITA TAILOR, DO

double board-certified osteopathic physician

I believe that care should be personal, thoughtful, and rooted in a clear understanding of each patient’s goals.

The name Tailored Core Health reflects the kind of care I wanted to create, with “Tailored” representing personalized, high-touch care, “Core” representing the physical, functional, and internal foundations of health, and “Health” representing both rehabilitation and wellness.

At Tailored Core Health, my goal is to help adults feel more supported in their care, more confident in their bodies, and more empowered to move toward better function, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Philosophy of Care
OUR APPROACH

Dr. Tailor believes the human body is complex and interconnected. Treating chronic conditions, especially pain, requires understanding the interplay of many circumstances, including physical trauma, illness, neurological disease, aging, metabolic dysfunction, autoimmune disease, hormone changes, mental health stressors, environmental exposures, recent illness, surgery, and hospitalization.

Her approach is rooted in listening closely and taking time to understand each patient’s history, symptoms, and goals. She believes individuals do not always fit neatly into standardized treatment boxes, and that care often requires a multilayered and adaptive approach.

As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Tailor views the body as an interconnected system, not just a collection of symptoms. Through structure, movement, and lifestyle, her goal is to support the body in the right way and help each patient move toward better function, resilience, and vitality.
